How do I contact you via telephone?

If you prefer to speak to someone by telephone, feel free to contact Eye Catchers at (609) 204-3788.   If Eye Catchers is unavailable when you call, please know that your phone call will be returned within 24 hours.

How long will it take to receive my proof?

Your first proofs will be provided using the below approximate time table. 

Logos - 3-5 business days

Business Card/Postcard Design - 2-3 days

Brochures - 3-10 days depending on content

Letterhead/Envelopes - 2-3 days

Promotional Items - 2-4 days

Website Design - 7-10 days

How long will it take to receive my order?

For paper items (business cards, brochures, postcards, etc.) you will receive your printed items within 10 business days from receipt of your approval of the proof(s). 

RUSH orders and Overnight Delivery are available for an additional fee.

What is your return policy?

If a design can not be created to suit your needs, all hourly fees will be refunded except the initial $35 first hour fee.

Eye Catchers will offer a full refund, minus shipping costs, on any items printed incorrectly and by the fault of Eye Catchers.  Items are to be returned in new condition within 14 days from date of shipment to be eligible for refund.  

Refunds WILL NOT be issued on errors that were approved at Proof review.  PLEASE be sure to properly review your proof via email prior to offering your approval and go ahead to print! This will help catch any errors you have made in submitting your information as well as any errors Eye Catchers may make in interpretting your information.

Do you ship internationally?

On a case by case basis items can be shipped to the UK, Australia and Canada.  Certain items are excluded from eligibility as they would be too heavy and/or awkward to ship.  Eligibility will be determined by Eye Catchers. 

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MUST BE APPROVED BY EYE CATCHERS PRIOR TO PURCHASE BEING MADE! 

Please email for eligibility of item as well as additional shipping/handling charges.  Please do not place your order until approval is granted.  Failure to do so may result in retraction of sale. 

*All orders shipped internationally can not be tracked or insured once they leave the United States, therefore Eye Catchers can only guarantee delivery to the United States Post Office.  Items will be mailed Global Priority for a 6-10 day delivery time.

Do you have somewhere I can look to get an idea of the type of design work you can do?

Absolutely!  Take a look in Eye Catchers Ebay store in the Invitations category.  There you will be able to view various artistic styles and talents that can be used to create your business identity.

How will you know what I'm looking for as far as a design for my company?

Once purchase is made you will be emailed a questionnaire about your company and your design expectations.  Be as specific as possible in answering the questions.  From there your beginning design will be created.

Will you use drawings or photographs?

Either or both will be used depending upon your details listed in your questionnaire.

What does "eye catchers is a security watermark and will not been seen on the printed product" mean?

On the email proof(s) you will receive you will see the words "Eye Catchers" written in white translucent letters.  These letters WILL NOT be printed on the product that you receive.  They are simply there so that original artwork/designs cannot be copied via email.

Do you print a logo on your items?

Business Items will not include Eye Catchers logo.

I don't need printing, I simply need a logo designed and the files created.  Do you offer that?

Absolutely!  Custom logos will automatically include this files. File creation business cards, brochures, and stationery can be purchased for you to be able to bring to your own printer as well. 

JPEG, PDF, EPS, AND GIF files can be made available and will be emailed to you for your records.  If you prefer the files be created and saved to disc that option is also available.
