How do I contact you via telephone?

How long will it take to receive my order?

For paper items (invitations, bookmarks, recipe cards, etc.) you will receive a proof via e-mail within 24 hours of payment and personalization receipt.  Once your approval of your proof(s) is received printing will begin and your item(s) will be shipped within 2-3 days via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.  RUSH orders and Overnight Delivery are available for an additional fee.

What is your return policy?

Eye Catchers will offer a full refund, minus shipping costs, if items are returned in new condition within 14 days from date of shipment.   Refunds WILL NOT be issued on errors that were approved at Proof review.  PLEASE be sure to properly review your proof via email prior to offering your approval and go ahead to print! This will help catch any errors you have made in submitting your information as well as any errors Eye Catchers may make in interpretting your information.

Do you ship internationally?

On a case by case basis items can be shipped to the UK, Australia and Canada.  Certain items are excluded from eligibility as they would be too heavy and/or awkward to ship.  Eligibility will be determined by Eye Catchers.  ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MUST BE APPROVED BY EYE CATCHERS PRIOR TO PURCHASE BEING MADE!  Please email for eligibility of item as well as additional shipping/handling charges.  Please do not place your order until approval is granted.  Failure to do so may result in retraction of sale.  *All orders shipped internationally can not be tracked or insured once they leave the United States, therefore Eye Catchers can only guarantee delivery to the United States Post Office.  Items will be mailed Global Priority for a 4-6 day delivery time.

I like a design sampled on one of your invitations but do not see it sampled on any of the favors in your store.  Do you use this particular design on favors?

Samples are not shown in every design, however please keep in mind that ALL designs can be placed on ANY item!

I would love to have a personal sketch done from a photograph of my daughter to be used on her birthday invitations, do you do that?

Absolutely!  Photographs will need to be emailed to ronnie@eyecatchersartdesign.com or you may mail the hard copy which will be returned with your order.  A non-refundable fee of $25 will apply and is due prior to sketch creation.  A proof of the sketch will be provided to you via e-mail within 5 business days.  Once you are satisfied with your sketch you are then ready to purchase the items you would like the sketch imposed onto.   

Can you create a custom sketch to suit the theme of my function?

Absolutely!  Tell me your idea and I will gladly sketch something to fit your theme!  Because all items are created from my original artwork and designs, a $10 non-refundable fee will be required prior to beginning the sketch.  Once you are completely satisfied with the sketch I have prepared, you may make your full purchase.  Personal theme sketches then become the property of Eye Catchers to be used on future Eye Catchers' products.  Copying of these custom sketches, or any other Eye Catchers' sketch or design, is strictly prohibited.

Do you carry other brands of invitations?

NO!  All of Eye Catchers items are the sole creation of Ronnie Capella and created with said original artwork and designs.  Eye Catchers name will not be placed on any artwork that has not been created in-house, unless it is an owner approved logo!

Can I purchase a single invitation sample?

Since all of Eye Catchers' items are guaranteed or your money back (if returned within 14 days), single invitation samples are NOT offered.  You are encouraged to read Eye Catchers' customer feedback and perhaps purchase 1 pack of 10 invitations to view.  When you receive your invitations and are completely satisfied, you can then purchase the remainder you will need.  If you are not satisfied with your original pack of invitations, simply return them for a full refund minus shipping.

Do you sell your invitations blank, so that I can fill them in at another time?

Unfortunately, Eye Catchers' invitations as well as most other items are only offered personalized.  This is Eye Catchers' way of ensuring that all original artwork and creations remain uncopied.  Under special circumstances the date/time/location can be left blank, however the guest of honor's name must be preprinted by Eye Catchers.

I love the idea of buying my items in a package however I do not need everything you are offering.  Can we change it up a bit?

Absolutely!  Customize your package as you see fit for your event needs!  Orders totalling over $100 will be shipped free of charge!   Please see the Product Page for more information.

I love your gift set samples - can I customize a gift set with the items I would like inside the keepsake box?

Yes, you may choose the items you would like included within your gift set.  Shrink wrapping, along with personalized gift tags are also avalable for a small fee.

Can you explain the Keepsake Boxes to me and what they would be used for?

Keepsake boxes are a wonderful way to keep momentos of your special day all in one place to cherish for years to come.  Keepsake boxes come in a variety of shapes and sizes ranging from 5" all the way up to hat box size!  They will be handpainted in colors reflecting your theme and your favorite design will be imposed on the box along with your personalization information (name & date, or name & function, etc.).  

What does "eye catchers is a security watermark and will not been seen on the printed product" mean?

On many of the samples shown onsite as well as the proof you will receive for your purchased item, you will see the words "Eye Catchers" written in white transluscent letters.  These letters WILL NOT be printed on the product that you receive.  They are simply there so that original artwork/designs cannot be copied via email.

Do you print a logo on your items?

A SMALL logo is printed on the BACK of many of Eye Catchers' items which include invitations, recipe cards, replay cards, bookmarks, etc.  The logo is NEVER printed on the front of an item nor is it printed anywhere it would interfere with your personal text.  Therefore, if you order postcards, which are printed on the front and the back, the logo will be omitted.  The logo that is printed is similar to any greeting card company's logo marking and is simply indicative of Eye Catchers's authorship as artist.

I'm not positive of how many people I am inviting.  Can I return to you to have additional invitations printed should I need them?

Barring any unforeseen circumstances, all of your items will be kept on file until at least the date of your event.  You are welcome to return at any time to have additional items printed!

Can I photocopy your invitation for my own use?  I love the design as well as the poem on the invitations!

Absolutely NOT!  All of Eye Catchers' items are created from original artwork and poetry, any copying or plagerism is strictly prohibited by right of authorship law.
